STEP 1
Blood is drawn from a vein directly into a dedicated medical device.
STEP 2
A separation procedure extracts & concentrates the desired body substances (PRP – platelet rich plasma).
STEP 3
PRP is injected into your body in 3 types of ways depending on the procedure:
– Multiple small superficial injections
– Deeper injections with a blunt type of needle (cannula)
– Applied topically after treatments such as laser or radio frequency

Why Facial Volume Loss Happens with Aging
1. Bone Resorption
As we age, facial bones—including the cheekbones, jawline, and orbital rim—gradually resorb and recede. This diminishes the foundational structure, causing the overlying soft tissues to lose support and fall, leading to flattening of the face.
2. Fat Pad Shrinkage & Shifting
Facial fat is organized into distinct pads. With aging, these pads—notably in the cheeks, temples, and under-eyes—diminish in volume and descend due to gravity and weakening connective tissue. This results in hollowed areas, more pronounced folds (like nasolabial folds), and a heavier lower face.
